Design Services Unlimited offers full engineering design services utilizing Solidworks and AutoCAD. Our forte is taking a particular item (gear arbor, chucking fixture, fixture assembly) or complex indexable combination tool that isn’t performing to your expectation and design it so meet and exceed your expectation. In every instance we have performed such services we provide a substantial cost savings.
Even in rare cases where the tool we design and build cost more than your existing tool, our assembly either lowers cycle time or more longevity. In most cases you experience all 3 aspects: lower cost, decreased cycle time and longer lifespan. While all of these claims sound unbelievable we have documentation and customer testimonials to back the claim.
Nothing compares to good old fashion experience and we have it. While taking on a project where we have no past experience is more exhilarating it is hard to find a project where we have no experience.
In most cases we have to design and build a test tool. This provides you with peace of mind knowing your hard earned money will not go to waste. If our initial tool re-design does not deliver everything noted in the quotation, you don’t pay for it until it does. This keeps an honest and professional relationship every step of the way.
