TOOLING SERVICE & REPAIRS

Have any of your machine parts broken in the past and you’ve needed them fixed and returned to you ASAP so you can get your production done? We can deliver quick turn-key solutions that can get you back on your feet and operational in 24-72 hours.

What do you need? Gear arbors, bushings, collets, checking fixtures, weld fixtures, assembly fixture, we can modify and repair anything you need us to and save you money and time. Our solutions are practical, dependable, long-lasting, and cost effective.

HOLD & RELEASE

This is where you send all of the items to us within the agreed upon selection of items. We keep them in our inventory and complete the repair within an agreed upon time frame. You don’t pay us for any of this until you take an item from our shelf. Under this program we must agree upon a firm repair price that includes any amount of damage to a said tool. Also in this type of program it must be annual renewal at a minimum.

This program allows for you to save and spend minimum dollars by only paying for what you really need when you truly need it. (A blanket purchase order is necessary in this program.)

J.I.T. | JUST IN TIME

This program applies to new build and repairs. We build a pre-determined amount of items based on your usage calculations. There is no money exchanged until you order an item on the J.I.T. list.

This is much like a hold and release with the exception of you sending damaged items to us for repair. In many cases the J.I.T. program and hold-and-release is melded together to offer the best of both worlds to you, the customer.

(A blanket purchase order is necessary in this program.)

BLANKET REPAIR ORDER

This is more of your standard system to get items repaired. You send us your damaged items and we repair them at a pre-determined price and lead time and ship them back to you within the time frame specified on the blanket purchase order. No stocking requirement and no minimum dollar amount is outlined in the blanket order. There are many different ways to get creative to offer you the best cost savings outcome necessary. While most repair programs need a blanket purchase order with option to renew at a specified date, we try to avoid a guaranteed minimum dollar amount per year because it is terribly difficult to predict the future. We will work closely with you to design the best blanket repair program for your exact needs. We can always modify as we go to ensure your objective is being met at all times.
